Free special numbers
0800, 0870, 0845 numbers are free to Care customers. We can give monthly reports telling you how many calls you’ve received on each number, and we can even have each special number point to different locations depending on time of day or by the volume of calls, so that you can have a number of your offices receiving the calls intelligently.
Should your office lose power or should your phone system fail, we can redirect your special number to another location within an hour of the emergency.
You can keep the number forever, so if you move offices you can take the number with you.
If you work from home a couple of days a week, why not have a special number as your direct line. That way you can receive calls at home without giving out your home number, in fact no-one calling you would even know you were at home.
Special numbers help you look more substantial and give you loads more too.
